Warehouse management system
A warehouse is where most of a business’s money sits, on pallets. Thenaji records every delivery in, every transfer out to your shops, and every count, and it values the stock the way your accountant would.

What it handles for you
- Deliveries received against the supplier’s note, including short deliveries
- Stock sent to your branches, and confirmed by the branch that receives it
- Goods in transit tracked until they are counted in
- Stock takes that show expected, counted and the difference
- Stock valued at its average cost and matched to the books
On the same platform
- The till and M-Pesa
- Cash, M-Pesa and credit, with a receipt for every sale.
- Every branch, one system
- Shops and stores apart, and all of them together.
- The books, kept as you trade
- Profit and loss, balance sheet and VAT, written by every sale.
- On your phone
- The same figures as the counter, wherever you are.
Questions owners ask
What happens if a transfer arrives short?
The receiving branch counts what arrived. The shortfall is recorded on its own, so it stays visible from both ends rather than disappearing.
Is a store treated differently from a shop?
Yes. A store holds stock but has no till, so it is where goods are kept and sent from, never where they are sold.
