The system knows the numbers. You know the business.
We never make a business decision on your behalf because a rule was easier to code. If an owner would sometimes choose differently, it is not a rule — it is a suggestion, or it is nothing.
About us
Thenaji is a Kenyan software company. We build the systems businesses here actually need — not an import bent into shape, and not a spreadsheet with a login page.
It started with one question a shopkeeper could not answer: how much did the Westlands branch make this month, on its own? Everything since has been built so that question, and the hundred like it, has an answer you can open.
Three things we hold to, because they are what goes wrong everywhere else.
We never make a business decision on your behalf because a rule was easier to code. If an owner would sometimes choose differently, it is not a rule — it is a suggestion, or it is nothing.
A total you cannot press is a total you have to believe. Ours go down through the accounts, to the entry, to the delivery note somebody signed.
Your branches, your products, your prices, your people — put in properly before you rely on it. Nobody is handed a login and left to it.
